How to Write Urdu in Photoshop

From many years I used InPage for my project whenever I need Urdu Text in my project. But when Unicode Urdu started, Peoples try to Write Urdu directly. In today article I will show that how you can write directly, you can type Urdu and Arabic in any Middle East Version of Photoshop, Middle Eastern version is made for Arabic country but you can easily write Urdu. Adobe release different version of Photoshop, before they release two version one is normal and 2nd one is for Middle Eastern countries, but after CS6 now it is built in feature of PS and you just need to activate this feature and after that you can easily write Urdu. If you have CS6 follow the step below to activate this feature:

Choose Edit > Preferences > Type
In the Choose Text Engine Options section, select Middle Eastern.
Click OK, and restart Photoshop.
Choose Type > Language Options > Middle Eastern features.

If you want to download and install CS6 you can download 30days trial from this link. If you want to use older version you will need ME Version otherwise you can’t write Urdu. Now a day’s hundreds of beautiful and free Urdu fonts, using this method you can copy text from any text editor or internet and you can write Urdu in Photoshop without Inpage.
